WOTR regularly organizes a large number of training and exposure programs for its implementing partners and for government & non-government organizations from various parts of the country as well as abroad, who are undertaking watershed development, natural resource management activities and promotion of women’s development.

WOTR conducts programs in the areas of

• Participatory Watershed Development (Social, technical, managerial and financial aspects).

• Gender and Watershed Development

• Promotion and Management of Self-Help Groups

• Micro-finance and Enterprise Development

WOTR offers program and project level support in the area of watershed technical planning, MIS based monitoring system, on-field trainings, creation of decision support system and software development in the field of watershed development.
