At programme and policy levels a number of
Government Resolutions and enabling orders have been
issued by Central/State Governments especially with respect to
Joint Management of Forests by watershed communities and
providing the various Government developmental activities to the
concerned villages.
These were possible due to the combined efforts of WOTR,
NABARD and the State Government.
Besides this, the project villages are linked with the
local development networks of Government departments, commercial
banks and other private and public institutions.
